Shipping

Standard shipping is $6.95 per order. Shipping is complimentary when the merchandise total is $75 or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Your shipping charge and total are shown before payment. Try Gravity, Beacon and Bloom: shipping is the same $6.95 for one bar or all three. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns

All sales are final. Because our soap is a personal-care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please do not send products back to us.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@holtsoapcompany.com promptly with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will review it and arrange a replacement, refund or other fair resolution.

Gravity, Beacon, and Bloom are available to order while finished stock lasts.
